Privacy notice

Updated September 26, 2026. This notice describes this website’s public home search and direct-email appointment and contact paths. The separate open-house check-in has its own event-specific visitor notice on the check-in form.

What we collect and why

You can browse eligible public home listings without creating an account. The site and hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security information, including IP address, browser request and time, to serve and protect the website. Public search filters are used to return results; we do not enroll you in marketing or create a visitor profile from those searches.

For appointment requests, the Home Search form prepares an email draft in your own email app with the name, reply email, preferred days and time windows, and any details you chose to include. Nothing is submitted to or stored by this website from that form; you decide whether to send the message. If you send it, your email provider and Emily’s mailbox process the message so she can reply and confirm an appointment. Their email retention policies apply separately from this website. Suggested times are not a booking.

Who can access it

If you send Emily an email, she and her email provider can process the information you chose to send. Authorized OCS support and infrastructure providers may process site and security data as needed to operate and protect the website. Public listing data is supplied by Repliers/HAR under its display rules; restricted sold data is not displayed to the public on this site. The separate open-house check-in form explains access to its event records.

Retention and requests

This website does not store entries from the appointment email-draft form. Emails you choose to send and security/server logs follow their respective operational retention policies.
